Unless otherwise requested, each cookie is individually heat-sealed in food-safe plastic to maintain freshness for up to three weeks at room temperature, or can be frozen for 6 months. 
 
What is a basic design?
Basic designs usually contain 2-3 colors with a simple pattern or concept, including simple screen print designs.

Detailed decorated cookies usually take more than 3 colors of icing, includes additional techniques such as airbrushing, layering, basic floral accents, character “themed” sets, etc.

What is an elaborate design?
Intricate decorated cookies often contain more than 4 icing colors, many layers, require high levels of consistency or precision, texture, painting, lettering, etc. Characters fall into this category.
